~ AGM - Elections ~
President and Chairman
The EVHA election of officers took place at the AGM on the 20th May 2005 in
Moscow. Gary Hargreaves from Sani-Duct Installations Ltd confirmed
his willingness to re-stand for election. Roger Malmstrom nominated Gary
Hargreaves and was seconded by Paul Davies (by proxy). There we no other
nominations and the vote was unanimous.
Vice Chairman
Kimmo Haapalainen nominated
Roger Malmstrom and was seconded by Gary Hargreaves. There were no other
nominations and the vote was unanimous.
Certification Chairman
Roger Malmstrom nominated
Kimmo Haapalainen and was seconded by Gary Hargreaves. There were no other
nominations and the vote was unanimous.
Gary Hargreaves undertook to continue to develop and lead the Association
forward to the next stage of development.

Technical Co-ordinator Update
“We
think that one of the objectives of a trade Association is to share industry
news & technical expertise as efficiently as possible with a view that all
affiliates have a common level of interest, understanding and culture.”
Information is monitored through three main steps:
Input, Assessment and Output.
INPUT: Each EVHA member sends available
documentation to the Technical Co-ordinator.
ASSESSMENT: Co-ordinator
evaluates the content with the help of the technical committee.
OUTPUT: Chosen
papers sent quarterly to all members and outside EVHA when required.
“Having as a
perspective our 2005 Annual European / ICVH Conference, this section is an open
door to all EVHA web-site visitors.”
“Our purpose is to welcome any new technical
documentation issued by Universities or certified Associations.”
Also brief descriptions of
on field original experiences are appreciated.
All documentation will be evaluated by EVHA
technical committee, and eventually shared among EVHA members in the “members
only” section of this website.
