Annual General Meeting
The next European Ventilation Hygiene Association Annual General Meeting is being held on 27th January 2012 at 2 Old College Court, 29 Priory Street, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 0DE, England.
As you may be aware, the chairman of the EVHA, George Friend, is retiring on the rotation basis along with other members of the Board so nominations are welcome either in person on the day or by proxy voting.
The AGM is also being held for the purposes below:
To receive the President's report
To formally adopt the statutory acounts for the period ending 30th June 2011
To approve the minutes of the last AGM held on 25th November 2010
To appoint new Directors and election of Officers, President and Vice President
EVHA registration
To discuss dates for future training events and recertification questions
To discuss the new guides
Roles for training, newsletter and website
